Data controller

Relative Developers, a project by Alexei Barberà Roca. Contact: relativedevelopers@gmail.com.

What data we collect

  • ValidUntil: your email and password, handled by Firebase Authentication (we never see your password); the name, category and expiry date of the documents you add, including other people's; and the data you scan from ID cards or passports, which is stored in Firebase. Card photos stay on your device only.
  • RelativeAge: your email and password, and your name and date and time of birth, which are stored in Firebase.
  • MoneyMatters: your email and password; your date of birth, country and main currency; and what you log (accounts, transactions, budgets, investments and goals), which is stored in Firebase. It does not access your bank accounts.
  • DNAinvent and AtomicWorld: they run on your computer and do not collect personal data.

What we use it for

To make the apps work (syncing and reminders) and to improve them using aggregated data. There are no ads, we don't sell your data and we don't share it with third parties.

Analytics

ValidUntil and RelativeAge use Google Analytics for Firebase, which collects technical and usage data: device, language, approximate country, installation ID and screens visited.

MoneyMatters uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics only if you give your consent.

Where it is stored

In Firebase, acting as data processor. ValidUntil in Madrid (europe-southwest1); RelativeAge and MoneyMatters in the European Union (eur3). Each user can only access their own data.

Performance of the service you request when you create your account.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. When you delete it, your data is erased within 30 days at most.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to relativedevelopers@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

Apps with an account are not intended for children under 14.

Deleting your account

In the app, under Settings > Delete account, or by emailing relativedevelopers@gmail.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete account – [app name]".
